How do I cancel my subscription?

When you subscribe to a product, a recurring payment plan is established at the time of purchase (it can be weekly, monthly, semi-annually, or annually). Payments will be made according to the agreed frequency, allowing you to keep your subscription active and enjoy your product.

Upon making payments, you will have full access to the product content. Our system automatically grants access based on payments made, providing a simple and easy experience.

If, at any time, you wish to cancel your subscription, you can easily request cancellation through our system. However, it is important to note that cancellation will not result in a refund of the amount invested, but will prevent future charges.

To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below:

  1. Access https://consumer.hotmart.com.
  2. Select the product THESIGNIS.
  3. Select Set up payment.
  4. On the next screen, click Cancel your subscription.
  5. Confirm the process by clicking Yes.

The possibility of obtaining a subscription refund only applies to the initial purchase transaction, provided it is still within the warranty period.   • If you paid for your subscription in installments with a credit card, you will receive the remaining charges until the plan’s end date.
